RSS sucks

I have just spent 2 hours of my valuable time cursing under my breath, close to tears trying to work this out this RSS stuff while everyone around me has just breezed through it...Rss...ing has been very frustrating but once i worked it out i can see the benefits and how time comsuming it can be...but for the moment i'm still quiet stressed and wouldn't mind throwing this computer straight into the garbage bin for collection tomorrow to never be seen again...
